浙江大學杭州國際科創中心(以下簡稱杭州科創中心)是新時代浙江大學與杭州市深化全面戰略合作的重大科技創新平臺。杭州科創中心聚焦物質科學、信息科學、生命科學的會聚融通,推動在微納尺度下多學科交叉的顛覆性技術革命,支撐引領未來高端制造和未來產業發展,打造長三角一體化發展的重要創新極,成為具有世界聲譽的國際化創新生態區和杰出人才匯聚地。為打造一流的人才隊伍,杭州科創中心現向全球發布“青年人才卓越計劃-x+ai專項”,歡迎優秀青年才俊加盟。

“x+ai”專項依托杭州科創中心生物與分子智造平臺(以下簡稱平臺)實施,由浙江大學計算機科學與技術學院專家領銜,平臺致力于數據驅動的第四范式科學研究方法,探索機器學習、自然語言處理與知識圖譜、大數據與云計算等技術在生物智造、分子與材料合成、生命健康等多個領域的交叉應用;瞄準國家重大戰略需求,依托長三角區域領先的產業優勢、浙江大學雄厚的科研實力和科創中心的創新體制機制,打造國內領先、國際先進的前沿技術創新研發平臺,推動產學研深度融合發展。平臺由浙江大學多個學院聯合建設,包括化學工程與生物工程學院、計算機科學與技術學院、生命科學研究院、醫學院、生命科學學院、藥學院、農學院等。

一、重點引進方向

“x+ai”專項誠邀從事使能技術領域和應用方向研究的全球優秀青年學者加盟。有以下研究經歷者優先:

1、生物與分子智造等領域機器學習技術的應用(包括深度學習、元學習、對抗學習、強化學習等);

2、生物與分子智造等領域自然語言處理與知識圖譜技術的應用(包括科技文獻挖掘與分析、大規模文本預訓練、領域知識圖譜構建、圖數據庫、圖神經網絡等);

3、生物與分子智造等領域大數據處理與云計算技術的應用(包括大數據存儲、高通量數據處理、云服務計算等);

4、生物與信息交叉融合技術(btit);

5、化學與信息交叉融合技術(ctit)。

二、申報條件

1、具有遠大學術志向、創新精神、較強科研能力和社會責任感;

2、年齡原則上不超過35周歲,特別優秀者年齡可適當放寬;

3、在國內外頂尖高?;蛑芯繖C構獲得博士學位;

4、在大數據人工智能研究領域具有良好的學科背景、研究積累以及創新研究思路,有堅實的專業基礎和較深的學術造詣;

5、具備作為獨立pi開展研究工作的能力;

6、有交叉學科背景或交叉研究經歷者優先考慮。

三、待遇及保障條件

1、提供有競爭力的薪酬保障(一人一議),符合條件的人才可同步享受杭州市和蕭山區相應的人才政策;

2、為入選者及其團隊成員提供人才公寓,符合條件者可享受杭州科創中心人才房政策;

3、提供首期(3年)300-500萬元的科研資助(可持續滾動資助);

4、提供150m2左右的辦公實驗空間;

5、提供“專人一站式”服務,共享科研平臺大型儀器設備;

6、入選者中科研業績突出且符合浙江大學人才標準的,可推薦聘至浙江大學。

zju-hangzhou global scientific and technological innovation center (hic) is a world-class and future-oriented r&d center, jointly established by zhejiang university and hangzhou government. hic’s mission is to build an open and integrated international innovation hub that integrates material sciences, information sciences, and life sciences in the yangtze river delta region, promote the disruptive technological revolution of multi-discipline at the micro-nano scale, and lead the high-level manufacturing and industrial development in the future. to build a world-class research team, the hic has launched a new recruitment program named "young talents plan” in “x+ai”, and welcome outstanding young talents to join us.

the program is supported by biological and molecular intelligent manufacturing institute, an innovative research platform at hic. this platform is committed to the scientific research methods with data-driven fourth-paradigm, exploring the cross-application of big data and artificial intelligence methods in bio-intelligence, molecular and material synthesis, life health, and other fields; the institute aims to become a world-class innovation platform and ecosystem.

the construction of the platform is jointly built by multiple schools or departments of zhejiang university including the school of chemical engineering and biological engineering, school of computer science and technology, the institute of life sciences, the school of medicine, the school of life sciences, the school of pharmacy, and the school of agriculture. the " x+ai " program is led by experts from the school of computer science and technology of zhejiang university.

1. research areas

applicants with the following research skills and experience will be considered in priority.

1)machine learning technology:

deep learning, meta-learning, adversarial learning, reinforcement learning, etc.

2)natural language processing and knowledge graph technology:

mining and analysis of scientific literature, large-scale text pre-training, construction of domain knowledge graph, graph database, graph neural network, etc.

3)cloud computing and technology to processing massive data:

big data storage, high-throughput data processing, graph computing, cloud service computing.

4)integration of biotechnology and information technology (btit).

5)integration of chemical technology and information technology (ctit).

2. qualifications

1)strong motivation in academic/technological career.

2)less than 35 years old, which can be appropriately relaxed for particularly outstanding applicants.

3)ph.d. degree awarded by a well-known university or research institute.

4)strong academic background and research experience in the field of big data artificial intelligence. solid professional foundation and excellent academic achievement.

5)ability to conduct research independently as pi.

6)those with interdisciplinary background or interdisciplinary research experience will be considered in priority.

3. offer packages

1)competitive salary, discussed individually.

2)provide talent apartments for selected candidates and their team members. those who meet the conditions can enjoy the house policy of hic.

3)besides the funding support from the central and local government, hic will additionally provide start-up research funding with a minimum of 3-5 million rmb for 3 years (renewable with good performance).
